We are so fortunate to have local farmers that are committed to growing without commercial pesticides or other harsh chemicals.  We also are able to cleanse our produce in water that has been treated with a reverse osmosis system to ensure a reduction in elements such as chlorine and fluoride to ensure your experience not only tastes great but is as healthy as possible.

We purchase locally whenever possible.  We are committed to products that are produced and harvested sustainably.  Our farmers are from Sanbornton, Barnstead, Gilmanton, and Dixmont Maine.

Our goal is to increase the health and well being of our community by providing amazing food with outstanding quality, that is easily accessible by being open from when you're up to when you're traveling home.
